FedEx Freight | Road Driver Raise

Road drivers receive less than one percent pay raise even on lowest pay scale. .0056 should have been at least.006485 on low side of scale to be one percent. So no road driver received a 2.7 percent pay increase no matter what management tells you.
I agree and it's a complete joke. Something needs to be done about it
 
Cali road drivers got a .40 cent raise putting them at $37.42 an hour just wondering how that compares to the milage raise road drivers got in other states.

About the same, it seems. Rough estimates being what they are...

.0056 X 60 mph (average?) = .336/hr, plus the .75 increase in hourly for drops/hooks puts it pretty close to your stated Cali increase amount. Depends on how many drop and hooks and how much congestion one is subjected to. Your position in the step progression will also make a difference.
