Hello
I was wondering if youse guy's could give me any advice on what they look for on a road test.
What to do and what not to do.
I have an opportunity to seasonal feeder till Dec.

Take your time and do what they tell you. Keep both hands on the wheel except to shift, after the shift, back to the wheel. Don't forget the safety belts. I have driven seasonal for them 6 times. Was offered full time once, but did not take it.

Learn the Smith System of Driving. There are 5 key parts.

1 Aim high in steering
2 Get the big picture
3 Keep your eyes moving
4 Leave yourself an out
5 Make sure they see you

This will help you alot if you follow this system.
Look it up online, if you need some help contact me.

Yes i went thru the Smith system at Roadway

Thank's for all the info.

Passed the road test.

Passed physical and drug test,starting monday 11/8.

It feel's good to get away from that garbage hauler with all the give-back's known as YRC
