Here's a pic of driver at my barn that got hit on head with safe stack back in November they just approved his surgery had it done p Tuesday this week. Out of work maybe 3 to 4 months yet

He was injured at work 9 months ago and he is just getting approval now for surgery? That doesn’t sound right.

Yeah. It's terrible. The bureaucracy is like an anchor as far as ANYTHING getting done. A driver broke a hand or wrist after falling inside of a trailer and initially the driver was given a brace until a more thorough exam was done.

By the time the deep exam was done the bones had healed back.

That sounds about right for our insurance. Planned obsolescence and discouragement. Insurance is only as could as it’s coverage and it’s effectiveness.
Having too jump hoops discourages use and save money for Jacobs . It’s that simple.

Nothing safe about safe stack . May have saved some freight but it’s hurt a lot of drivers in the interim . Maybe they should care about the welfare of drivers as much as the freight and fix the Fu king things
I have broken many of trailer that came from XPH it seem your guys can't fix them either. It's not hard all you TM has to do is order the beams and if the track fu'd up it just takes 2 wrenches to remove the bar. It not hard to do. You if everyone at any of of the SIC's put half and effort in to replacing the fu'd up bars the problem would be so bad

We gave up on fixing them. We asked repeatedly about parts and never get them . Also we’re told we don’t have time to do it send it down the road.

You’re missing the point. Don’t Stand under the bars when you’re putting them up or taking them down.
They randomly fall when walking in the trailer s sometimes because there so worn out. Motion in or around the trailer can be enough to cause them to slip. If you haven’t experienced that your not spending enough time loading or unloading trailers.
