Is there any breakdown providing proof that any of these accidents are directly the result of the ELD? Or if fatigue, speeding, or distracted driving contributed to these crashes? I cannot believe the FMCSA, or government would repeal the mandate, and go back to paper logs....

I think the objective ( for now ) is to dial it back to E-log / aboard and try to trash the ELD logs
