Anyone in Dallas or Memphis or other terminals crossed over already know how they are dealing with Mechanics? all info has been driver based, and I am curious how pay and seniority and so forth are going to transfer for us. I know that where I am CT mechanics make about $3 less than us.

All I know is CT has A and B trailer and power mechanics depending on your skill. Like the drivers, I have seen nothing on paper concerning payscale or seniority for mechanics. My guess is you are making more than a CT employee. I had heard that CT wanted its A mechanics to have a CDL. Good luck, hang in there we need all the wrenches we can get.
