Got my insurance confirmation packet in the mail today. Glad I didn't have any changes because the last day to make changes was December 13th hahahahaha. It still amazes me how this place is ran SMH

They had lists at our barn of people that hadn't completed open enrollment for four weeks or so. Even got called in to TM if it wasn't completed. I did mine online and they had a snafu getting confirmation # online and I got called in twice for not having it done. Had to bring # in to get crossed off their list. Wilmington HR was all over my TM about us getting it done
