I have seen almost the same happen on several occasions on slick roads. Some idiot overdriving for conditions. Usually they block the road & others have to wait for hours for the wreckers to clear the mess. Or worse they wreck others with their stupid actions.

Back in my day, it was usually a Ryder or Big R pusher axle.
