That reminds me of several supervisors who always cried about hourly employees raises especially after a contract was signed. The complaint was the company could not afford to pay employees any more than their current wages. However they, as all supervisors, never refused a pay raise for themselves. I have never seen even one supervisor give one dime back to the company.
