Now that's not a joke , we had a guy that drove a (leaking oil pan seal) vehicle and had a 1 gallon 3/4 full that was always available .

I know of a driver that was recently fired for claiming a fuel task every day, but was not fueling every day. Probably thought he wouldn't get caught, but it's a stupid thing to lose your job over.

Some people don’t realize everything you do is basically recorded one way or another. Log, time stamp, camera, gate times, hand helds etc…. Getting fired for 15 mins of pay is just dumb.

I know of a few people that do that. Put in a fuel everyday, but only fuel 2 or 3 times a week.

Yep , everyday 15-20 min at the fuel island for a 50 mile city run , same truck , same 1 driver everyday .

Don't say anything or you will be picking on them , you get it ...

I mind my business. I wouldn't want to be the reason somebody loses their job and I don't always do everything by the book. Don't throw stones and whatnot.

They're adults and they know the risk.

Even local drivers didn't fuel their trucks, switchers did the fueling.
