How many terminals out there are moving more freight with sub service carriers lately?

We have cut 8 or so day lane runs and subservice has increased substantially. We have many night time linehaul guy sitting as well.

I love how they go from saying they want to cut all subservice cause we can haul it ourselves and still be profitable. Get a couple of bad earnings reports and let’s sit a whole mess of drivers and have them work the FAC. It’s always the same song and dance. Bottom guys quit cause they aren’t running, more guys retire, vacation season starts, we don’t have enough drivers. We have done this routine so many times over the years and they never pull their head out of their ass!
