How did this guy bond out give him the needle! He could have used escape ramp or rolled it over on the embankment on the shoulder instead of swerving back into traffic killing and injuring all those people.

A recent GoFundMe campaign raised more than $120,000 to bond Aguilera-Mederos out of jail and help his family with expenses.

His fellow beaners send him money to bond out after killing and injuring all these people.

$400,000.00 Bond.
$40k at the usual 10%.
$80k for travel.
Family in Texas, Florida.

Naw, not a flight risk since he has staunchly stated "It wasn't my fault as the truck brakes failed".

From what I have read, most of the bond money came from other illegals in this country. His wife posted this on social media, in foreign language of course. So I wonder if they have checked out the DMV yet that issued his CDL?

Do bonding companies have rights to enter foreign countries to return absconders to the US?
i tried googling this under different wordings...

seems to me, that bounty hunters can only operate with in the USA..

now, (in my opinion) that's probably not going to stop "some bounty hunters", who stand to gain a huge fee for capturing a jumper.

Certain States do not allow Bounty Hunters they have too much power cause a lot of problems too do not need search warrant if they think the person their hunting is inside.
