We finally had our audit the other week, I guess we failed even heard we were the worst one. I think PGH is alittle upset with us at our poor performance, the TM seems to be taking a beating along with the Planners. We do everything very poorly,but we are under the company OR by 2%,I guess making money isn't what its cracked up to be. RNK

I dont know how you guys can be the worse, I worked in richmond for 2 yrs and it was ran bad. i have been in freight for 10 yrs and thought nobody could be as bad as the reputation pitt has in richmond but they lived up to it and more! hope things get better for you but just know other terminals are worse regardless of what people say!
