Whats your TM like? Is he all about numbers and performance, and doesnt care about the employee. We recently had a driver who was out for 5 months who had a heart attack. His first day back to work they gave him a set of pups and sent him to a textile plant to hand load fabric rolls. But 99% of the drivers at SEFL talk junk about the Tm's, dispatchers behind there backs, but when we have meetings these guys act like zombies and are scared to stand up for what they believe in.
