Well, since the Fumbling Morons Creating Senseless Regulations eliminated the REQUIREMENT for Commercial Drivers to SPEAK, READ and WRITE ENGLISH, WE ALL get to experience the results.

No other injuries were reported. It was not immediately clear if the truck driver would be charged or cited.

Yeah, sure, like that "driver" will not be charged with ASSAULT or similar.

A friend who is a retired state trooper was injured in a similar incident. He had a brain injury that resulted in a stroke. He missed some work while recovering. He was working an accident later when a motorist drove around stopped traffic & almost hit him again. He told another officer at the scene he would be back in a few minutes. He chased down that idiot & of course wrote a citation for several violations. There have been several officers in this state who have been killed while working accidents or conducting a traffic stop.
