Effective today, Tami R. resigned from her position as SCM at UPH. RM Corky W. was at the terminal today, tomorrow and Friday. Said that Dave M and Neil S would be here tomorrow for a meeting. Good bye, good riddance and don't let the door hit you in the arse on the way out. Tami started back in 1988 as a CSR at XCO and was SCM at XFW before coming to UPH:smilie_132:

By the tone of your posts..I guess future Christmas card exchanges will not be taking place here???

You can never be sure, The report was that she resigned, but for what reason we'll probably never know. And it's not like things ran like a well oiled machine around here. Fact is that things are so good, that we have had a performance enhancing group in here for about three weeks now to show us how to do it right. But that is a thread of its own. And NOOOOOOOOOO, there were no past christmas cards exchanged nor will there be any future ones either.

URE had 3-4 visits from the "performance enhancment squad" (sounds like a something that Bonds or McGuire took) before Bill J was canned.

On a plus side to this..maybe upper management is now starting to look elsewhere for problems versus just us retarded DSR's, CSR's and everyone else not affiliated with management...this would be an excellent step in the right direction for conway to take...face it, your people are only as good as you the supervisor...so if you are trash, your workers will be as well...well for the most part anyways...
