You are REQUIRED by the company to take your lunch. If your dispatcher is not letting you get one, call HR. But make sure you're doing everything right. Document your days for a couple of weeks before calling. Make sure you're not just trying to make yourself look good to dispatch. (You can't). If they get on you for taking lunch, call HR as soon as you can and ask for a copy of the texts. Don't do anything over the phone with dispatch. Make sure it is all done in text. That way you have a record of what was said and by whom.
