File on it the MOU clearly states outward facing only. As for the coaching file for over supervision harassment and creating a hostile work environment.

The dispatcher has no experience, you should never ride your brakes.
The correct advice is take the hill a slow speed and stay in a low gear.

One of our road drivers had a lane violation and the camera took a picture and in the reflection of the windshield he had his phone in his hand! Coaching sessions for everyone!
