Ok I will explain this as well as my uneducated *** can. The ONLY reason that Central Transportation is still in business is because of the billionaire behind the desk. I have been through Pjax and the trainwreck that was Vitran Express, but I have never seen so much stupidity and lack of just common sense in my life. I don't know if they just said screw it buy them and see what happens, if it doesn't work out we will gain some real estate and equipment! Did CT think we only moved 2000 bills a week throughout our system? This isn't looking good at all! What a cluster****! CT bit off a lot more than they can chew and I HOPE to god that by summer we are caught up and under control! This buyout DID save my job for now but I know as being the stepson in this family I'm on the way out soon. Just going to work doing what I do until I'm told not to!

Also, I have nothing bad to say about the guys that I have met in CT and we are all in this MESS together!

We are in a mess...that is true.

So, do we help clean it up or do we add to it? I guess how my manager treats me will determine that for me... I'm good at being bad. :)
 
They have to care about there drivers first, start with the health insurance 600.00 a mth its gonna cost me for insurance i cant use ! comon guys if manny shows us a little love i'll be more then happy to give my best afford and pray things work out.....The way it is now ....Nah!
 
U gotta love that great insurance. I know first hand about it. You had to work every saturday goung to the railyard in willowbrook just to get close to 55Hrs once u got close, it didnt matter how many rail trailers were sitting in the drop lot. U went home.
 
I'm not defending centrals insurance but when I had it I paid about 50 a week ,being single, just curious how many people are you insuring, and maybe it may have to do something with complying with the dictator's (affordable care act) the compliance part of it???? being so expensive??? 600. is an awful lot.
 
Got to use a Vitran dolly the other day..It had a little crank handle!!!, and a telescopic wheel...It was fricken awesome man...pushed around all easy
