At this point, we should not wait and hope for another "Program" like Lean 6 Sigma. We should not wait for management to figure out how to manage. We should do this because we have no choice if we want to keep a good job with good wages. Every driver here at Con-way had better start handling every single piece of freight as if it were fragile 14k gold.
What's more frustrating to me is that this is being said on a trucking forum and not in a Con-way Managers office. As a DSR, I should not have to have these thoughts and visions. This is what management is for ... right ?
