In August, trucking giant Yellow Freight declared bankruptcy, leaving hundreds without jobs. Here's what's happening at the former local terminals.

I just ran into one of our Dockman working as a greeter at Lowes.

3/4 or so of the drivers hired after the closing came from Holland and New Penn at our terminal.

Estes did hire some former Yellow drivers. There has to be an opening though they don't want to over hire and right now is their slow time of the year. They are not discriminating. That word gets tossed around a lot when its not true.

We got several Holland workers and some Yellow as well as T force drivers.

I know TForce hired a few drivers at their Richfield, Ohio barn, the guys that came from 211-Akron (Copley) stayed in Teamsters Local 24.
