In terminal 126 extra board drivers are making 0.6659 cents per mile.

Do you know if Estes hires F/T dock in Mass or Maine ? and do they pay OT like drivers or after 40 ?

Can only speak from my terminal which is neither of those states but I've worked dock quite a bit. Our dock guys start part time and can get promoted to full fairly quick (3 months typically). Ot isn't until 55 hours (or 52 starting soon). Full time dock guys seem to average 10 hour days at my barn, though more or less happens with freight levels.

Jockeys start at full time but can be hard to get hired right into
