No under the new contract it is back to the old schedule. 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2 years, 3 at 8 years etc.

Or you could transfer to Columbus or one of the other locations that are topping new hires out...which is something our union should have never let happen.

The ABF terminal in Columbus isn't steady. They will hire guys and then not work them. I know of some that have tried that out. Maybe things have changed. Always got my ear to the ground. And to walk in at top out is very appealing. I will grab a drivers ear. See what the locals have to say.
