Well....The Congressional Oversight Commission has 2 Republicans and 1 Democrat running it now, as Trump has left 4 seats vacant. I guess he was trying to control that Committee too? Anyway, the Commission is mandated to check the loans being made. Maybe it should clear them first before any loans are paid out?

Correct. There are 7 who are to sit on the Commission. There are only 2 Republicans and 1 Democrat who are the Commsion. The other is the Legal Council appotined to serve the Commission. Those 3 are questioning the loan to YRCW. Maybe Trump should have filled those other 4 seats?
