Just goes to show you what happens when you think the Government will protect you and take care of everything! Do what the woman in Calf did, Get a Lawyer and take the bastards on yourself!!
The problems with the EEOC suits were they put everyone with a gripe into a class action without determining the cases validility individually first.
If you noticed, the case where the lady by-passes the EEOC and sued alone, she won over $1 million. The judge admonoished the EEOC for this tatic, and said that
the women in the "class action" where harmed by the EEOC because their cases were lost due to the failure of due process.
