    Birmingham SCM quit yesterday. Been there at least 10 years. Lots of leadership turnover as well as driver this year. Why?

    Because they don't really care about people in Columbia. They just say they do.

    Combined with all the know-it-all college grads we keep hiring. They are running this operation in the ground with all the damages and uninspired dispatching moved

    Must be LH driver churn. More PT than usual lately

    Sefl brass; you aren’t doing enough to support a drivers ability to retire with a livable income. Double or triple your 401k match and you’ll give drivers a reason to stay. Right now this place does not differentiate itself from any other carrier. Do this and you will
