Uber Freight has been launched 1 month ago, Doft.com has it's own app for 6 months, Trucker Path is working for 3 years.

Please share your thoughts about how it works!
Has anybody used these apps?
What do you think of them?
 
Give the hackers some time,and they will hack into someone's driverless car,or truck and take it for a real joy ride. Like crash it into a building or crowd of people...

If it can be done to a 4 wheeler it can be done to an Uber truck

 
"open doors yet".....We've had automatic Doors for DECADES (supermarkets, truck slops, add your venue here), just not on vehicles (or ones that I've driven).
Freightliner tried the "automatic steps" when the door opened and we know that idea turned into a furnace.

Driver LESS will happen...............sometime..........then when accidents, crashes, wrecks and deaths occur, who sues whom?

"Drive-By-Wire" was a good idea yet only seems applicable in Warehouses.

Drivers driving into crowds of people is somehow now legal, like in N.C. (check your state stats for availability), so in future times, it will not be a travesty, just another pre-planned route.

Unfortunately you are right. The driver less trucking will make the terroristic attacks real. No need to die themselves - just hack the power unit and forward it into the crowd...
