There is no pension or retirement here. Dental is a sub $1k a year benefit vision no one has ever heard of more like a discount program. No overtime after 8 only 40 so when you roll out with 16 stops 30 mile day and bring stuff back you get fired abf is getting $400 a week put into these health and welfare plus free insurance and an hourly retirement amount. Same thing with tfi. If you want to work for peanuts and retire after your funeral keep being anti union. They will not close the ltl portion of the business if you went union.

That will never happen in your lifetime. More than 450 LTL Carriers have shut down and not a single one organized.
Every teamster LTL Carrier shuts down, who in their right mind would vote for that???
