FedEx Freight | Unionize

Western Conference Teamsters is sitting on roughly 30 billion dollars just for the 13 western states. Doesn't appear to be broke.:1036316054:

After paying Bill Zollars his consultant fee, adjusting for inflation, and the cost of the new DACA to dock program for illegals, there's only about ten bucks left.

The Chambers of Commerce want that.
FedEx employees have no chance of fighting it. The company is their union. And the company union wants immigrants. And the ATA is also their union.
The ATA wants Biden to bring in immigrant drivers.
That will really help the payrates.

The unions are going broke, they need your money to pay for the retirees, if your in your 20s 30s you'll never see a dime, just like ssi
You'll own nothing and be happy.
FedEx CEO probably wants to get as close as they can to Klaus Scwab. World Economic Forum.
It's great for business.
You'll love it.
They'll do whatever they want then. Just like you've always liked it.

How much are ya gonna make when automation takes over?
Are you happy with the utility driver replacing the road driver in the industry? Road drivers working dock in between loads?
Are you just gonna let the companies dictate the industry as you have forever?
Cowards.
Freeloaders letting the union deal with it.

There was a time where many said that slowing technology is no good.

When I see what they did with Covid...,..it's time to look at it maybe the totally opposite way.
For the sake of people. Not just the same of big money of the world.
If you let them mandate as they did with Covid......they will do it again....and again....and again.....in many different ways as they can to profit.

Joining the union can slow and stop it.

Standing there and letting them do what they want....will never slow, nor stop it.

I think we'd be more attractive if the actual membership stood up and participated.
Alot of drivers, union and non, think similar on politics.
And the bigshots of companies and unions just do as they please.
Skin color, sexuality, getting social programs for nonunion workers, globalism......none of these are union issues.

The issue is seniority and work rules.
And pay.

If a company hired....the employee must be treated as we were to get where we are.
English was required for 13 years of school.
It should be required.
If the employee can do as we did to get put on a seniority list then all is well.
Treating people special due to immigration or language or skin color or gender should not fly.
That is the way it should be.
And it doesn't even need to be talked about.
Not at work. Not on TV. Not in school. Not by government.

Companies and political groups and religions prefer to divide and break down and to mold in their own image.
I'd think it is the union job to say no.
You are not gonna divide us anymore.
Nor break us down anymore.
Our Locality does it this way....and if you are gonna operate here......we do it our way...not your way.
If changes occur they should occur due to our desire, the local citizens desire, not a multinational investor or company desire.
Unions operate by Local.
It's the companies who want no border.
I haven't seen a language problem in union companies. I see it at grocery warehouses. And NFI warehouses. C&S Wholesale. Trader Joe's.
They've been here long enough and made enough money in America to start making their immigrants learn the language and assimilate.
It's a matter of respect.
We did not move to another country for work.
These companies bring them here.
And make alot of money.
They make money in America.
Now be American and teach and require English on the job.
It should be law.
The teaching of the language and use of it on the job.
To go into a place and hear it spoken giving direction or whatever is wrong. The people with radios and in charge should be speaking English. If somebody wants advancement, English should be an incentive for it.
Nobody should feel like they are in another country here.
And the disrespect of the COMPANIES and encouragement and laziness by them needs to be called out.
There's too many languages in the world and the world immigrates here. English is necessary to unify the nation.

As you get frustrated at your nation.
Remember how you allow your company to do as they wish.
And they are doing that behind the scenes in the stuff that makes you irritated at this nation.
Back to my English rant....there are more and more and more places where English is barely spoken at all.
It tears the nation apart.
The answer is to force the companies to teach English.......the first thing they'd do. Is run to the government for money or tax breaks to teach their employees English
No!

The company brought them here.
The company employs them.
The company profits from them.
It's THEIR COST.
Not the American taxpayers cost.

The nonunion mentality of helping companies profit is root cause.

It could change with higher union percentages throughout industries
It'll never change through nonunion ways.
