Yes, you earned it. However, if you use it at the end and make your retirement date when it runs out, may extend your health and welfare. I worked my last day March 11, then used vac, personal, and sick days making my retire date may 1. By doing it that way, my health and welfare were paid till the end of Sept.

I milked my vacation & benefits for all I could. We had a clerk in the office who would help getting all there was to get if you just asked. He passed away a while back. He wasn't easy to get to know but he was a good guy.

Do it like wheelman said. If you can wait until until September you should have your 800 hours in & receive your new week(s) vacation by then….
