Stopped in to talk to Ben F. today, he was not around but I talked to his secretary, In a nutschell folks, this may take up to Two years or more for our settlement,being that there has never been law suit involving the Warn act. and there is nothing to use as a corner stone.Whats amazing is people have bought all that equipment,and will use it, sell it, and some of it will even fall apart before you see any money. Just think of the interest that the money making while some stuggle to pay bills and some get laid off, or lose a job for the second time this year. Boy does this fire me up again!!!!! I will speak to Ben f. in a few weeks as he will be busy with deposition's untill after thanksgiving.. I will try to keep you posted.
