TForce | UPS and UPS Freight Contract Ratification Update

Happy with the result, just would like to see more people take an interest and exercise their right to vote. At least percentage wise we had a higher turnout than small pack, but we could use their support as well since UPS or teamsters don’t really care about freight side of things. 90k out of 240k isn’t good

A lot of people complaining about the new contract language yet there was poor voter turnout for freight and small pack. Are they to lazy to vote or what? Did they take time to read the proposal?

Small pack has screwed themselves with a pathetic turnout. Basically all the people who did not vote were counted as YES Votes. This is the same typical Leftist lunatic tactics that are threatening our Republic. The IBT needs a overhaul !

Exactly freight must not give up and cave in keep all dockworkers, city, linehaul drivers at all locations involved as a United team together and we can get a much better contract offer,DO NOT FALL for the clowns at ups freight going terminal to terminal misinforming everyone

It may be a lot of part timers only here for short term. And they really have no interest
However if they pay weekly dues these are the folks,we as members cannot forget about them and inform them to improve our turnout on next proposal therefore if James decides too "NOT"change a thing as our last poor contract our 62% may be in the 75/80% area

This proposed contract makes our last one look good!!! 62% is actually high, most U S political elections are in the 20-30% range, local elections in the teens..

I'm not ashamed. We tried to get the word out. Again, it's the "union" employees on the docks who could barely give 1/10 of a **** about Union goings-on that didn't vote.

I hope Hoffa enjoys his last few years in office.
