Two tier wages suck work next to a guy making 30+ an hour or 72cpm for doing the same jobStraight from the book, applies to all hired after 8/1/2018.. Pretty sad...
Now I understand there can be regional deviations, Like L.A. or NYC. for example...
I started last week at 25.0Thanks, it might have change a bit as they told me starting rate it’s 22. Road test on Wednesday.

Wow. I am waiting on ABF as of now, they doing the review of my app, let’s see what they offer. I end up turning ups/Tforce down. Not sure what the future holds for them. Some terminals are starting at 28 in the northeast because they can't hire anyone!
Please educate me on this as I just started working for them. You can thank your union brothers for voting in a 2 tier wage with ridiculously low starting wages. T Force is possiblly the worst LTL carrier to go to off the street. Enjoy working 2 days a week for your first 5 years for low pay.
Top pay for you is less than top pay for people hired prior to 2018.Please educate me on this as I just started working for them.
Now that's Bull Sht . That was even voted in like that....Top pay for you is less than top pay for people hired prior to 2018.
People who are topped out TODAY make more than you will make when you too out 4 years from now
So let me ask you this… when I work the dock do I get my same hourly rate as my p+d rate? Now that's Bull Sht . That was even voted in like that....
I believe so.So let me ask you this… when I work the dock do I get my same hourly rate as my p+d rate?
