Straight from the book, applies to all hired after 8/1/2018.. Pretty sad...
Now I understand there can be regional deviations, Like L.A. or NYC. for example...

something must had change, here in PA TM told me 22 to start, which still a little low compared to other LTL. but OT after 8 I heard.
Some markets got a starting pay bump.
Harrisburg PA, dock cdl /city starts at 20,straight dock starts at 17 off the street.
Some markets its higher.

Columbus OHIO. Starting Dock Cdl at $27. City P@D Driver at $27 And non-cdl dock worker fulltime at $17.95 ? i believe

I know i applied.

Some terminals are starting at 28 in the northeast because they can't hire anyone!
Wow. I am waiting on ABF as of now, they doing the review of my app, let’s see what they offer. I end up turning ups/Tforce down. Not sure what the future holds for them.

You can thank your union brothers for voting in a 2 tier wage with ridiculously low starting wages. T Force is possiblly the worst LTL carrier to go to off the street. Enjoy working 2 days a week for your first 5 years for low pay.

Please educate me on this as I just started working for them.
