Here in Nashville, we still have not received our one week vacation promised to us upon ratification of the new teamsters contract. I am hearing that yrc won't pay up until your anniversary date. No where in the new Contract or supplements does it say anything about waiting till your anniversary date. What's going on here ? I am also hearing that you have to file a grievance if you want the vacation now.

If you have received your 2019 vacation already you have your one week back. You receive your week back on your 60% of your 2019 vacation.

As I read the contract, it says "vacation earned in 2018 and taken in 2019" gets the restoration of the week. There is nothing "gray" about this. On your anniversary date in 2018, you were awarded "X" number of weeks of vacation to be taken before your 2019 anniversary date. If you have more than 15 years of service, you recoup that week now, not next year.
