I've heard some talk about drivers getting their own truck if Estes pushes the mandate of testing and wearing masks. Drivers are saying ATA fought for drivers to be exempt and won. I hope Estes honors the exemption.

I've not heard anything about ATA fighting or any exemption. If this organization (ATA) is pushing this false narrative about anti vaccination and special exemption status for drivers needed, then I won't support it. Estes will be complying with whatever legal decision comes about, as they recently updated us on the status of this measure, December 29th. And by the way, Estes policy is that all employees mask, which obviously is not being enforced, unless in a state enforcing it, or an outbreak.

As in the email, highlight,
"Please remember that while Estes strongly encourages COVID-19 vaccinations, we are not mandating them. We continue to seek ways to safeguard our teammates while respecting their freedom of choice. However, if the White House’s vaccination mandate is enacted, we will need to implement weekly testing for those who forego the vaccination in order to remain in compliance.

We’re working on an efficient way to manage vaccination status tracking and any potential testing. And in early 2022, we’ll begin requesting each teammate’s COVID vaccination status so we’re prepared. Please be on the lookout for details, which will soon be on their way."

Also, that email went out to everyone not just truck drivers. According to the current Labor Secretary and the president of the American Trucking Association we are exempt. I hope Estes honors our exemption.

I don't see how this article/review pertains to Estes drivers. We do interact at our terminals, are part of a company over 100 employees, thus would not be exempt. All OO's would obviously be exempt as they would fall under the 100 employees business exemption.

Our employer has specifically stated that it will charge 230 dollars cash out of the payroll each week a test is given. If two tests are given in that workweek its 460 dollars.

Since we only made about 300 gross there is no point in continuing. The next stop is the unemployment office if that time comes. We frankly do not give a damn anymore if we have a job or not. These are unusual times and require a mindset that employers will not control us with fear of having lost a job or whatever. That ended in 2020 with the lockdowns the first round.

In the past employers used the threat of losing a job to keep a employee in line. Because the employee is usually so far in debt they are too scared to quit. Well... its the other way around now. It does not matter.

What will matter is that testing out our expense. If you want your 230 dollars or whatever, you are going to have to pay us 30.00 a hour so we can afford whatever tests you can give. And we know damn well what with the fixed state contracts at about 19.00 a hour give or take and the billing to clients at 20.00 or more cash rate you dont have the means to pay us more. So we quit. Leave you holding the bag on all those tests you no longer need to use and clients who find other traveling nurses at any pay and leave you to go out of business entirely.

I don't see what your post has anything to do with mine, since you don't state what that is? In fact, this post has nothing to do with Estes or our situation. We don't even know, if it comes to that, what mandatory testing would look like for those that would choose that option. I highly doubt Estes would allow anything close to how your situation is. Sounds like a poor employer. Good luck, driver.

I am speaking about EMPLOYEE. EMPLOYER.

WHAT ESTES does is their choice. If you are a employee of ESTES you will be feeling that bite soon enough. Or Jab like a good sheep Or quit or be fired or pay through the nose for tests.

Or or or.

I am using our employer as a illustration of whats going to happen really soon. All the employer needs to do with us personally is say....

"Jab or be fired" A mandate against our wishes as free people and religious objections combined with liberty of choosing for ourselves whats best medically.

I am no longer a driver per se. I'll die one. But the industry that created me is gone perverse in some ways that I must fight against it. In this case your employer. My employer and all employers. IF they try to enforce the Jab Mandate.

When that comes to pass and you no longer have a store to buy your daily break, I hope you listened to what I have to share and bought 6 months food and things this week.

Having already been vaccinated and boosted, as dictated thru proof of science/statistics/studies and our best minds, appointed by we the people, for the people, through our representatives, I find lack of rational thought by those against vaccination, the real sheep being misled to the slaughter by false propaganda, lacking in science or proof.
Getting vaccinated is not only the correct personal choice but also the correct choice for society and America as a whole, to strengthen.
In the end, the American people will make the right choice and the misguided fears you lay out will come to be of nothing but fear mongering. We shall persevere.

I am going to restate my position against the Covid vaccination. Again. And again and again if necessary. But not on whim. But only when directly asked fair and square. This should clear up the situation before I get into it with the Moderators, other people on here who probably know where I am going.

First. God built us. He created Man in his image which is presumed to be perfect in his sight. The internal defenses against the infections from bacterial and viruses actually consist of a cell army known as T cells in plain speaking among other names are like main battle tanks inside our bodies to fight infection that can kill the host. Thats you, you and me and you in the cheap seats. ALL humans, all living things have defenses. HOWEVER the defenses may be imperfect. Witness the Native American who died from small pox brought over by Europeans pushing westward to colonize. Eventually the American Indian gained immunity, IF he or she survived. NATURAL immunity. As ordained by GOD inside our bodies. Some died according to his will and the failing of a body too sick to carry out this war against infection.

I CHOOSE to stake my immune system internally inside me against covid. GENERALLY Covid is survivable. CHILDREN do not possess the receptors to which Covid binds to easily. Younger adults possess less of these receptors. Those of us who got sick from Covid survived including many unvaxed in my building. Many who were vaxed were isolated for three weeks because they were shedding the virus as if they were already sick and infectious. They appear to be fine. But the treatment both sides recieved in my building was not conductive to being human.

End of first position. To declare that God built me, built the immune system within me and we live and die according to his will when sick.

Part two.

I am not anti vax. I suffered and won against Spanish Flu H1N1 in Jan of 2018. I am immune now. The same strain that killed millions after 1918 in Baltimore where my Grandparents also got sick and survived. I have had 30+ years of flu shots. Until 2018 of Spanish flu. That stopped. No more flu incidents of getting sick either. I consider myself immune to that with all the usual problems that go with it. Broncitis being the worse. There is CONFIRMED bronchial damage in my trachea. Along with infection (To use a similar word) damage from powdered lime which is in the same area of the lungs as well. It makes me so sick when I haul bulk lime. Something I cannot ever do anymore.

Natural immunity is the thing. You may have it. Because our Leadership SPECIFICALLY denies the concept that we might be immune after acquiring the actual infection, being sick and heal or even being vaccinated ... while maintaining a policy of vaccination in the schools, military and so on= that we will be immune. Fauci, NIH, CDC etc all deny specifically and refuse to give voice to the very foundation of our being human and our defenses by immunity to that which we have been exposed to in the past. Bacterial or viral. GOD conferred that immunity.

In the Revolutionary War G. Washington ordered his entire army to take pus from infected soldiers who are dying. (Typhus, Small pox etc) and repeat stab a hot needle with that pus through the arms of those who are not yet sick.

Immediately 20% of the entire Army then present in a place called Valley Forge died. Immediately. THE REST recovered in a couple of weeks instantly ending sickness that was pretty much well on its way to completely and absolute destruction of the US Army by Spring time. The USA marched out of Valley Forge healthy and immune to continue to make war.

Its a very basic form of immunity conferred on people who did not know the details. But accepted the situation and proceeded. It was for them a VERY simple situation. Gave those who were dying a purpose. They are to die anyway, but if they can help save their fellow man then what more love can they show than what they have shown?

Liberty. One of the things in our Liberty as a American is the right to choose to accept medical treatment or not. There is one little unspoken law that NO ONE IN LEADERSHIP dare breathe....

"You. Have. The. Right. To. Refuse. Medical. Treatment." even if it kills you. The only way a doctor or nurse or anyone can attempt a medical treatment against your will legally is to go to family court and say you are off your rocker and dont know how to take care of yourself anymore. The State must take custody as a parent takes care of the child. Once the family court orders and agrees with the doctor, you are to be taken to a place and "Issued" the treatment by any means.

IF the doctor tries to treat you against your will, and your explict use of the word NO. And other like negatives against the actions of the doctor? Thats statuary assault against you personally. And also breaking so many ethical things and other laws its breathtaking.

The Vax against covid is not a approved formal treatment. It is strictly a emergency measure. YOU CAN REFUSE the vax. You CAN refuse intubation. You can refuse medicines that have demonstrated killing others. You can totally refuse any treatment offered to you. Even if it kills you naturally in due time.

We have the absolute right to decide what or what not to put into our bodies, lawfully. Provided we are of age (*Adulthood usually over 18, but in sexual matters it can be as young as 16 provided certain other parties and their ages match carefully. A 12 year old can have sex with a 12 year old freely. Its not a crime. Its also not implied to be a sex as we adults understand it because the child does not yet possess knowledge.) But the important fact is that its not a crime. As a EXAMPLE only.

If you legally can smoke, drink etc with your body, it is your decision what to put into it or allow to put into it. Otherwise its assault, battery etc against you if you say no. Which is one of the reasons why **** against a non consenting person of either sex is such a henious crime. To penetrate any orfice is assault. Same with a medical needle, procedure or scapel used to get inside you.

Your body your choice. End. Dot. Finished.

Part four.

The vaccines have been proven over and over to contain parasites and or worms. That information has been brutally suppressed where possible to do so. Which is why Ivermection (A anti worm and anti parasicial) medicine works wonders. We deworm pets all the time.

HOWEVER you wont catch the leadership breathing a word about deworming humans because the vaccine has a parasite and must be kept at -110 because it contains a life form. IF the whole world understood that the vaccine is worms and parasites to really hurt you in the heart and make you sick in interesting ways before killing you outright the world will drop such efforts of those vaccines so fast....

Part Five.

The vaccines were made with stem cells harvested from Retinal tissue of a specific baby aborted in 1985 and used cells from two other specific abortions, one in 1977 and one in 1983. The closest equal thought would be to use human skin of a virgin in your house as a lamp shade after you skinned the same for your comfort and pleasure. The virgin human you stripped is now dead. And probably disposed of worse than trash.

I refuse to accept this. And have discovered that over the counter medicines like aleve etc uses the same technology of cells in the lab to build up the compounds for same. Now I know that these things are useing materials which I abhor and certain God stands against in his anger I am not afraid to say no.

Part six.

The vaccines use a Genetic code. It invades your cells with a spike and REWRITES YOUR CELLS to make spikes and other substances against it's original programming. YOU become a virus factory. Usually in the blood vessal, lungs and heart muscle most precisely among other problems elsewhere in your entire cell system and DNA that made you you.

It is the first vaccine to be called such to attempt a experiement on the 7 billions of humans in the world with a variety of results from death on down to worse than death. Even super fit atheletes and other persons dropped dead or worse after being jabbed. Boom done. OR they are disabled essentially right away. Bad hearts after being jabbed among other problems at a age where you not yet supposed to have it.

The Cells, DNA and so on is a set of instructions within all of your cells. GOD WRITES that all when he made you. There are 5 trillions or so cells inside you beautiful male and beautiful female built and coded by God.

Who are they to fraking shove a vaccine into your body that wrecks it at a Genetic level. What gives them the right to assault you so badly and so deeply? Its the same as murder in many cases.

Part Seven and the last part of my resistance.

Covid is a artificial construct made in a chinese military lab, funded in part by NIH, Fauci, Bidens family and a number of other American insitutions and dollars. The virus itself is probably considered using a dual infectious mode which includes specifically HIV and other things already identified.

It is a weapon of war. China makes this thing, releases it into America and Europe, makes them very sick and scared of everything. Unable to function properly as a Country when China decides to take Taiwan and other places with a strong non infectious or woke military. She can put two million under what they consider lawful orders any time to do whatever the CCP Party deems necessary that day or night anywhere. And they are effing doing it.

In the days of cold war. A biological attack, (Including virus attacks) chemical attacks or nuclear attacks against a Nation and or it's People is the same as a classic First Strike use of nuclear weapons by the offending or launching nation. The doctrine back then is to use our own nuclear arms as necessary to eradicate the nation, all of it's people and its entire land from the memory and existance on the earth. before we lose too much of our people and culture to these sneaky attacks.

I consider Covid a attack of that kind backed by a leadership who is following China's operational model by confusing the American people as to the proper response. China knows this very much. She started soemthing that demands her destruction in due time. Unfortunately we will be destroyed and are in the process of being destroyed systematically.
