I voted no as well, but I'm not sure your getting an accurate sample on the boards. perhaps ? I know a lot of people who voted no due to the way they do their screwed up senority who are not members of this site. but that may swing both ways. If they had done it right, I would have voted yes.

We do things *** backwards. Senority don't mean ::. if you jump from line haul to P&D you loose your senority and start over. It's a damn joke. They were laying off/work force reducing people with 20+ years with the company, and keeping guys with 3 weeks because the new hires were in a different class. Nothing but BS.
