Yellow | Wage freeze for clerical staff is an insult!!!!

The clerical staff is a huge part of the operation. They are subjected every day to irate customers, problems created by non-union outsourced billers, not allowed much (if any at all) overtime and lucky to clear $500.00 a week….even less when dues are taken, and constant disrespect by the dysfunctional management. These ladies work hard and some go above and beyond with no recognition only to clear approximately $12.00 per hr……and now YRC wants to freeze the wage…….that's an insult!!!! Just how far will management get without the help and knowledge of their clerical staff?

Wonder how linehaul would react if the BB's, EOL's and clerical voted to freeze their rates?

We cannot sit back and allow our Brothers & Sisters who are clerical, non-CDL Dock, maintenance, porters and janitors be treated like 2nd class Teamsters!....An injury to one, is an injury to ALLl!.....KK

Thank you for the support!! Because I support across the board equally and agree it's an insult to all. But this is the first comment I've seen that backs up us clerks and it's nice to read. Just saying
