everyday I see more and more of them and they are being used in ALL freight lanes not just where freight is light on one end!!!!

look at your major terminals,(break bulk), just count how many non-estes trlrs are in OUR docks.

I have seen where they have dispatched a contractor with a load and gave a Estes driver a set of empties, our VP of Ops said "We are using contractors to a bare minimum".

We where told Estes doesnt use contract haulers. At least when we where GI we used them, but no company driver sat because of them. GI never said we do not do this and then go and do it all the time.

There's a lot being used still. Contractors allowed to leave their trucks and cars parked in lot. Seen contractors doing truck repairs on their own trucks in our yard.
