Why cant YRCW get out of the gutter ? Why is it falling and nothing seems to be done about it ? These are all great question and the blame goes to the Board of Directors and the market itself .

Why blame the Board simple " STOCK SPLIT " two key words that they seem to forget ! The day traders are killing us because of the low cost of the stock . I watch the stock and theirs day traders buying 300 thousand share lumps waiting till the stock goes up a 1/2 cent then selling the stock ! That means in a couple of minutes they can make $15000 and not even break a sweat .

The market : For those who don't follow the market theirs been nothing but bad news ! Everyday the news has been nothing but bad and like all other stocks we are dragged down by that .

To simplify things the debt load is what is depressing the stock price, with the amount of debt and all the "Covenant Agreements" made which is basically saying we can't cover the full payment investors are not going to buy it, if more investors want to sell it then buy it the price goes down, if more want to buy then sell the price goes up. Other then the risk taking day traders who all have a formula(kind of like going to Vegas with a Formula, the house has a better one) it's not worth touching.
