20 days on the road,10 days at home.Never heard anything about 3 driver teams,but havnt payed much attention to it anyway since that would never interest me..
Hope they dont start chipping away miles from solo drivers to bump up their team drive.If they do,it may be time to move on because running team is not an option for most.
Probably preparing for possible changes to Hours of Service.If there is a reduction in driving hours, that would not be good for solo drivers in the NCT way of doing thinks.
3 person teams with one person home for a week at any given time. You run with one guy one week, swap out the other guy the second week and then take a week off.
This way the truck never stops. The drivers take off one at a time but the truck keeps moving.
This is becoming a team oriented company.Solo drivers mostly run relays and do pickups in the northeast on your way back in,in a sleeper truck.More and more teams coming on and solo miles being cut.Time to start looking,I guess..
