If it's in the contract that you should get your raise by 1/1/08, shouldn't there be some retro pay there?

I was under the impression that it was supposed to be retro back to Feb 07. Since that was the day the contract was ratified.

Well yeah, but that is for the raise from the merger. I'm talking about for the annual raise. So that would make for 2 separate retro checks, right?
