I'm not knocking the guy either, I wouldn't want that kinda reponsibility. I just wonder sometimes if alot of these CEO's are worth all the money companies pay em.

Definately so. The problem with the bad ones is they get their's regardless of whether they fail or succeed, while the peons like us have to fight to get anything if the co. fails.
