Yellow | Who is buying shares of YRCW

Another reason why I think Wall Street is nothing but a corporate scam. $ Bill didn't use his money to purchase that stock, he used all the dedicated Yes voters $, to place that order.

See what happens when someone knows how BS other people these days. He could have saved that money to put towards peoples pensions and know he is going to gamble it away, and the $ for the COO could have been used too.

So would everyone like to bail Bill out if he makes another wrong executive decision again on his spending frenzy? People better get ready to give another 5% in salary loss, or suffer another extended year for a pension freeze.

I wonder if people would vote No the next time around, thats if their is ever a next time?

Disagree: This was an open market acquisition at the market price on the day he acquired it. It was not a stock option from the company. This makes me pretty certain that he spent his own money.

And where does his own money come from? The 15% was the donation we gave him was to protect his own financial securities, anyway anyone looks at it.

You must have not seen that U TUBE Video of a certain person's home private closet a couple of months ago. It was aired at the time of the give backs.

We all had to pay for someone else's mismanaged mistake, and the only excuse offered was the economy.

What was the offer he gave all of us again?

Take this deal or YRC shuts its doors.

I guess playing the victim worked, because everyone bought it.

I bought at .36 and sold at .70. Yesterday I bought again, looks like I may have bought too quickly as the dow is falling again today.

Well, if Zollars is as good an investor as he is a CEO, you would have to think YRC's stock must be headed to zero.

That was not an offer; that was the reality: whether you like it or not.

His pay. He does not have to invest in this company any more than you do -- but he did. If he never bought shares you would be saying he should put his money where his mouth is.

Now let me say that I think that these upper management a$$holes are nothing but leeches. Anyone not involved in the movement of freight is superfluous. The father away they are from freight movement the more superfluous.

But that major banks and the CEO are investing in this stock is a good sign for the continued existence of this company. That existence is important for the people who work here and, more importantly, the continuation of a unionized LTL freight industry.
If this outfit goes out then so does the union in the freight industry.

If this outfit turns around then the union can reassert itself. But if not then what are we going to say to the Conway And Old Dominion people?

I think you ought to take heed.papa Bill really knows what he is doing.he cant call you and tell you what to buy in stocks.but his actions are showing you what you could be doing with your money.ill give him credit this time..

Credit Suisse bought 120 million shares on 3/31/2010

Bill Zollars bought 200 thousand shares yesterday

[/quote]I do like to see that Dollar Bill bought some stock. (even if it is only an attempt to manipulate the market) The problem that I have is that Dollar Bill can afford to wipe his hider with this kind of money. The rest of us working stiffs can't afford to make many investments, since they have their hand in our wallet! With each paycheck, I get to see the column that shows where my "former" investment/casino money went.
