My Fellow Drivers We have a serious problem!

linehaul is out of control!!!!!!

how can they justify leaving trailers at FAC full of freight and sit drivers and not move these trailers?????

We all need to call GO and give them a piece of our minds! We will continue to lose customers if nothing is done!

This can not be accomplished if we don’t stick together and fight for our jobs and customers.

Customers are no longer the priority. O/R is the king. It’s all about the investors

True that. Think about taking a drive to the local union office and talking to somebody about organizing. Sticking together and fighting together is the most powerful tool we have in our toolbox. You've properly and accurately diagnosed the problem and prescribed a remedy, let's start the treatment!

XPO could care less about customer service . We also are the only remaining LTL carrier where linehaul drivers have to work the dock when their run is 500 or more miles . XPO does not give a ::shit:: .

Every now and then I use this site to get information as to what is going on with our company.90% of the time I read some morons comments on how to change the way we do things.This is par for the coarse and I can ignore this.As far as working the dock,I like it and this is why I work here.What I don't understand is why all you people who bitch about the way we do things,just don't move on to a company that suits your needs,instead of being stressed out all the time????? Who are you to thing it's about you? Just saying LMAO

I agree with you. The question here is about sitting drivers while there are loads to pull.

See for many years CEOS ran their company like this... they feed themselves first...

It never works.... if he wants to create sustainability for the fellow blue collar workers of America then he need to start with the bottom up approach! My number one thing I would want him to see first hand is how poor the training is in the dock and how unrealistic this company is with some of the things they expect out of the production area (dock).


The customers always first, then employees, and so on but I’m not seeing anything but miscommunication and a “who gives a ::shit::” attitude from most of the managers. This place needs a serious makeover if it’s going to last. That means the drivers start working together and the managers listen. Or this company is SOL!

I have been saying for years that Xpo’s way of running this business is not sustainable. This is not a pro union or non union issue . Like or dislike working here . The company is being run poorly. The priorities are all wrong .

it’s just like politics.... when the democrats and paid actors lied to the American people and stole hard earned tax money for their own benefit.

I always tell people would you buy a house without reading the fine print?! just sayin there’s too many power trippin people up in this place. How do you even begin to fix a problem when you’ll most likely be slapped on the hands and fed to the wolves???
