Averitt | Work Life question

A buddy of mine is looking into Avert, and ask me about them. I have never worked for them so i told him id ask on this forum. Whats a typical work week like here and the amount of time you get off? I did tell him they appear like they keep their equipment up and every driver i have seen seems professional.

On the LTL side of Averitt everyone seems to be professional.... Truck Load just a red Swift truck.

Big Blue is probably one of the best professionals you will ever meet, after all, he had the best teacher in the business at PIE (ME)

I wasted 20 years of my life at Averitt. Should have never gone to work there. One of the lowest paid of all of their competition. They will constantly feed you a line of garbage, so much so that you get really tire of hearing it.
Many factors as to why I stayed as long as I did but being a good company was not one of them.
