A lot of drivers ask to be road drivers and not utility drivers and Yellow said ok… I think the change is going to pass this time!

The goal is 85% Destination bids eventually.
Destination bids work dock at Destination terminals until management tells them to get back in their truck.
It pays better than UTILITY because the road pay rates and pay for different things adds up to more than the $1/hour extra Utility gets paid.
Road extra board won't work dock.
running a velocity bid from 323 to 360 doesn't break a mini guarantee ... therefore there is some free hourly work in favor of the company .. that needs to be addressed
