YRC will also announce on August 4, that they are turning, ALL shuttle tractors down to 46 mph. This one lost a bit more than his mirrors on 294 this morning.
Actually no they are not, we are refurbishing older tractors for shuttle work, don't worry they will not need to be turned down and you won't have to worry about radios though some do have the original 2 ways still installed, you saw pictures of them a couple days ago sitting on the fence waiting for the refurb process to begin
