Top level YRC Freight operations VP's and senior execs & Forklift Driver's from across the system have been sent to the West Coast to get it cleaned up. Don't worry Rumor is the " SPY " King of Forklifts is going out there today to get freight moving 15% faster by Monday !!
I am guessing YRC rejected your petition to get rid of all the 102” wide trailers?New approved unstated and unofficial change of ops pushes the replacement of white male Yellow Teamsters by everybody but white males.
Checking white and male disqualifies you from the hiring process.
Checking male without checking white improves chances.

Where is the road map to restore the 15% and pension contributions?

One is from Philly Locals area. 2 from Lancaster's Local area. One from Allentown's Local area...actually from Easton. One is a pizza shop guy from a block from our terminal who probably found out during numerous deliveries.
We had a couple white men hi hired also. They too were not from our area. 4. But only 2 stayed after training. They were before the current type of hiring. Human Resources...political corporate lawyer type hiring.
Now....this was normal for guys who came from Teamster Freight jobs. Red Star being the latest. Plus NPME had closed terminal in Lancaster.
These are not Teamsters. They are trainess to go get their CDL with Yellow.
I don't think it would be normal just from here.

I've not questioned to much...but have found that out.
Is it the BlackRock thing?
Is it political Demographic change by politicians involved?
Is it even Demographic change for Teamster politics?

You're whining again.So are 7/7 new hire trainees all not white or not male at other terminals?.
Just saying when you see obvious deliberate change ...we might notice it.
