The follow the work proposal is BS. There has never been plus or minus rules on follow the work, The change actually takes a ton of work from my terminal moves it to a terminal 9 miles away and makes my terminal a plus 1 so no one can follow work. The terminal 9 miles away is already training new drivers hired off the street to replace us.
