yrc crash 12/13/2013

No doubt in my mind that some 4-wheeler with the attitude "get out of my way, here I come", came off an on-ramp and caused this accident. You have 12 miles across Md., on 1-81 and you have 12 on-ramps and off-ramps and the on coming traffic is "coming" come whatever!
 
roadguyright thanks for your crash post.
Could have been he was cut off,or had a medical issue,also a steer tire flat could have caused this.
No witnesses so unless the driver says what he thinks happened nobody may ever know?
