In order to increase efficiencies and serve our customers, we have developed and deployed a new operations structure. This structure leverages our most experienced and talented build management leaders from all of our brands. The area and division managers are responsible for multiple operating company brands within their assigned geography.

We are leveraging best practices from all brands, including the regional next day model. In fact, the speed and flexibilities of the regional service models at Holland, New Penn, and Reddaway remain a core fundamental in our network optimization. All of our brands will remain strong and vibrant in their respective markets. Holland, New Penn, and Reddaway all provide great value to our customers. This best-in-class regional LTL companies, and then the size, scope and endless capabilities of YRC Freight to go anywhere in North America, as well as our newest company, HNRY Logistics.

Yesterday morning YRC starting moving into the Holland terminal in Neenah Wisconsin, they are saying next Friday the guys will depart from the current YRC terminal in the morning in Kaukauna and at the end of the day they will return to the Appleton Holland termnal in Neenah. They are just going to use the last 30 docks on the far end of the building. How long till the dovetail happens?

And there is obvious labor costs moving to a different terminal which won't help our 4th quarter results.
I just can't imagine them keeping 2 terminal managers, extra dispatchers, assistant managers ect. in 50 terminals. Seperate Dispatch covering same area in same facility with 2 terminal managers just doesn't make sense to me.

They may keep the brands but management and some labor are going to be cut.
50 terminal managers at 100k per year is 5 million annually without their benefits.
Sprinkle in a few less casuals on dock and billing and a few less dispatchers and supervisors and the cost savings will be pretty substantial. Not to mention the savings from 50 less terminals.

Keep in mind the company pays health and welfare for casuals after x amount of hours, even though they don't receive the benefits.

I see the same thing happening in Atlanta .Our dock is not at capacity and YRC has a Southside location less than 5 miles from us.
I don't know when their current lease expires but am pretty certain when it does they will be moving in with us.
